Q. Why do you like being a principal at Regina Coeli? A. Regina Coeli School is truly the "Queen" of Catholic schools. I like the feeling of family and the fact that the parents are so active. The students are wonderful and the faculty is the greatest.
Q. How do you feel about being in charge of the whole school? A. It is a great responsibility to make sure everyone is safe and that the students and staff have what they need to do their jobs.
Q. What is your favorite book to read? A. I can't narrow it down - I love anything that is a mystery book.
Q. What is your favorite thing to do over summer break? A. Go to Devil's Lake for 2 full weeks and just lie in the sun with a good book or float on the water in my floatable chair.

A: I started working at the Church in Feb., 1978 and came to the school in Aug., 1991 (more than half my life)

A: I love working at Regina Coeli

A: Not much - talk on the phone, file my nails and chew gum!!!

A: I love the people (staff and students) it is definitely like my second family!
Q: What did you do before coming to Regina Coeli?
A: Stayed at home raising my family - my children went to school here so it was a job in which I could still be available for them.

A: My favorite movie is Beaches with Bette Midler it is about a friendship which lasts a lifetime!

A: Reading and cooking are my favorite hobbies!

A: I like to watch football, but I like to play tennis.

A: I will be student teaching at Regina Coeli through the beginning of May.
Q: Why do you want to be a teacher?
A: I have always loved history, so I decided that I should do something with all the knowledge I have of history. I also really enjoy working with other people, so I figured this would be the perfect career for me!

A: There are so many things that I like about Regina. I like the community feeling. I like the intertwining of education and faith. Everyone, teachers and students alike, have made me feel so welcome in the building.

A: I am student teaching both 7th and 8th grade.
Q: What subjects will you be teaching?
A: I will be teaching Social Studies and Language Arts.

A: If I could choose, I would say either 6, 7, or 8th grade.

A. I love working with the students and helping them or others who need help. I love a variety of things I get to do.

A. For 23 years I worked as a remedial teacher for grades K-8 at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns.

A. I love to read , especially mystery novels and cookbooks .

Q. What was the last school you taught at and was it fun? A. The last school I taught at was Catholic Central in Springfield, Ohio. It was fun, especially working with jr. high and high school students on putting together plays and musicals.

Q. Other than music what class would you teach? A.If I didn’t teach music class, I would probably be a librarian. Before I found my passion for teaching music, I thought about being a librarian.
Q. Where would your dream vacation be? A. My dream vacation would probably be going to Australia and New Zealand.
Q. Why did you decide to work here? A. I decided to work at Regina Coeli because i love teachingmusic and I love teaching in catholic schools.
